ADR Regulation of the Transport of Dangerous Goods
According to the definition of the ADR code relating to the transport of dangerous substances, a substance is classified as "dangerous" when it is likely to have consequences for the population, the goods or the environment, according to its physical or chemical properties, or by the nature of the reactions it can engender.
